We here by introduce ourselves as manufacturers, designers and supplier of Spray Drying Plant and other drying system. We have supplied around 32 spray dryer plant for different product and evaporation capacity range from 10kg We/Hours to 750 kg We/Hours

We are also having 2 nos Pilot Spray dryer Plant at our works for R & D of Drying various product and also 1 no spray dryer plant for Job Work like pharmaceutical products & Herbal products.

We are also design, manufacturer, and suppliers of Hot Air Generators. And More than 200 nos. of Hot Air Generator ( Indirect type ) for Spray Drying Plants are in operation at various clients in Gujrat & all over India.

We are also pleased to introduce ourselves as suppliers of machined and fabricated components, assemblies, equipment, Tanks, Vessels, and sub-assemblies to be used in sugar industries, chemicals, Dairies and pollution control Industries. We are fabricating the equipment as per the QAP Supplied by the customer or else we have our QAP Procedure for fabrication of the equipment.

Brief History............

We have vast experience in the field of Drying System.

1] We have erected and commissioned 53 Spray Dryers. We have take leading parts of Erection &      commissioning of 3 projects which were exported by well known Ltd. Co. to Bangkok, Indonesia & Turkey.      We have well equipped Engineering work shop. Where we have fabricated all the parts of Spray Dryer for      Alfa Laval, Mojj Engineering Systems & Acmefil Systems, Ahemdabad.

2] This will now be wrong if we say that we are the professional in designing and manufacturing Hot Air      Generators which is the Heart of Spray Dying Plant. We have supplied about 200 of Hot Air Generators to      suit for Spray Dryer.

3]  We started to design, manufacture and supply to Turnkey Projects of spray Drying system in 95. We are      proud to say that in a span seven years, we had supplied 24 projects in different field (a) Dye Stuff (b)      Sodium Silicates (c) SLS (d) Herbs (e) Pharmaceuticals. We are Honored by a Limited Co. by given a 4th      repeat order of Spray Drying Plants for Drying of Herbal Extract which is 100% export Quality.

2]  Our second unit is situated at D-II Block, M.I.D.C., Chinchwad. Where we are doing rolling & bending work.      Total area is 5000 sq. ft. & RCC built up 4000 sq. ft. Which is under progress.

3] Our third unit is situated at Jejuri M.I.D.C., as a name of Deccan Erectors. We are doing heavy fabrication work at various site & state for sugar, chemical.
