We also provide inspection, testing, and certification services as per customer requirements or project specifications. All tests are carried out under the supervision of qualified quality assurance personnel and external inspection agencies whenever required.
- Testing Facilities and Procedures
To ensure product integrity, safety, and performance, we conduct the following quality tests on all fabricated and assembled components:
- Dye Penetrant Test (D.P. Test) – for detecting surface cracks or discontinuities.
- Hydraulic Test – to verify pressure resistance and leak-proof operation.
- Air Pressure Test (Pneumatic Test) – for evaluating air-tightness and system strength.
- X-Ray Test – for internal weld and joint inspection.
- Kerosene Test (Porosity Test) – for identifying micro-leaks or porosity in welded joints.
